Does it know the difference between a combi and a system boiler?+

Yes. Calltura is trained on UK boiler taxonomy — combi, system, regular (heat-only), back-boiler. It asks the right diagnostic questions per type.

Can it recognise F-codes (F1, F22, F75, etc.)?+

Yes — major Worcester, Vaillant, Baxi, Viessmann F/E codes. It can pre-diagnose common faults (low pressure, pump fault, frozen condensate) before you arrive.

What about warranty work — will it route to the right installer?+

If a caller mentions a Worcester Bosch Accredited / Vaillant Advance install, Calltura captures install date and warranty status before booking. It won't promise warranty work outside the original installer's scope.
