Is it GDPR and ICO compliant?+
Yes. UK-hosted (Mumbai → London edge), ICO-registered, encrypted at rest and in transit. You own your call data. We delete on request, full export anytime, no data sold or used to train models. Plain English DPA on request.
Can it handle Scottish, Geordie, West Country accents?+
Yes — trained on UK English across regional accents. If a caller is hard to parse, Calltura politely asks them to repeat. No "could you say that in standard English" cringe. We tested with engineers in Glasgow, Newcastle, Bristol, Birmingham, and East London.
